Our customer service will send you a return label within 24 hours. Once we receive your return, we'll ship the item to you immediately!
Return
I would like to make a return and get my money back.
Please return the items to the following address:

It's best to include a note in the package that clearly states your name or order number – this will help us identify your return without any problems.
Unfortunately, we can't offer you a return label at the moment – we're still a small team and hope for your understanding. But it's definitely in the works! See Right of Withdrawal.
The refund will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the goods. With Klarna and credit cards, the refund is usually processed within a few days, and with PayPal, it is usually processed immediately.

If you have a different request, please fill out this form. Please provide all relevant information so we can process your request as quickly as possible. For returns or exchanges, please be sure to use our returns portal. If you use the 'Other' form or a regular email instead, processing may take significantly longer and be more complicated. Using the portal is the fastest and most straightforward way for both parties.
